The thing is someone wrote that algorithm and for any algorithm written the same rules apply as for if someone writes a book, the author counts.
Now here is the problem with art. If a machine can do it then it definetly is not stealing.
Why?
Because if you think about it if someone is really artistic they should use this as a TOOL. It doesn't copy anything it just does what it was written to do.
I mean you cannot sue pens for someone drawing mona lisa with it.
The people who use it to sell it however can be held accountable if provided enough info.
But tbh as long as ai cannot draw what you THINK about it is just a tool.
