I went to school with a guy born with no arms... no, seriously, nothing from the shoulders down... he learned to draw using his feet both in an artistic way and technical way.
Claiming that AI makes art accessible to disabled people is like claiming that going to a restaurant will give them a headstart in becoming chefs.
