as long as AI still gets trained on the whole wide internet, it's useless and won't improve diagnostics and such. Why? Because AI picks up all (covert and overt) biases. So AI will do the same mistakes: oh, that patient has a vagina? Can't be anything serious, they are just complaining and it's all in their head. Oh, this person has dark skin, so they are childish and more likely to come here only for the pain meds.
