People will always like watching real sports teams play each other. Leaders and creators of busineess will not be replaceable for a fair while maybe? People will always prefer someone real to talk to, and generally interact on the deepest levels with. Until someone is able to prove AI is just like us, there will be gaps for employment and entertainment. It will be a fair while maybe before physical high skill professions, e.g. plumber, electrician and carpenter become replaced.
Society needs to learn that work (in all its hugely important limitations) is not the meaning of life, exploration, helping, entertaining etc, all stuff people simply really like doing, is the reason you can use to live and thrive. You just need to open your thinking and develop it.
If AI is ever proven to be just like us, I guess we'd simply try to integrate with it, so the human race would become something else.
