Is a autonomous drone much different then a landmine? A landmine is arguably less ethical since it's dumb and kills whoever steps on it. I'm not in favor of autonomous drones, finding new ways of killing eachother is sad and primitive, still the principle is the same as any booby trap. Make something that kills without you having to be there.
