I wouldnt trust a driverless semi, ever. No way its "safer". It cant feel any emotions, Its only task is to get the cargo there. A truck driver has emotions, meaning they have an awareness of the hazard that such a large vehicle presents to other cars on the road. Truck drivers are almost always the best drivers on the road, and thats fully necessary
