The claim that AI doesn't use that much water doesn't make sense. After Google opened their data center where I live 2 months later there was an article saying they wanted us to build a new water treatment plant. The city isn't growing fast so human use of water isn't the issue. There are no other industries that are growing that need water. So is it a don't believe your lying eyes situation?
