Well, alright. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I might make my next short movie with AI when it's good enough, because I don't have the budget of those fews who get the grants and sponsors. But AI tools are mainly made and distributed by the USA, and we know how much American tech companies love censorship, the bigotry, the political correctness - the limitation of creativity! Your pencil or camera will not censor you because they are tools at your service. Creativity through AI tools can feel like eating soup with a fork (I've used my metaphor in several circumstances about digital censorship in AI tools and SoMe platforms). But don't wait for other's approval nor support to start creating! Not getting the grants should not stop one from making a movie or a video, if one so desires. Better using one's time as a creator rather than an eternal consumer, right? One needs to take the time away from the constant retention engineered by the tech giants to keep us as passive watchers and "content" consumers on their platforms. Even without AI: write a story that you want to tell, draw with a pencil, write words and scan them / photograph them, move them, photograph, repeat... Cut out photos, sample videos from the internet, record a voice-over of some characters' dialogue in low-tech mode and edit (cut/copy/paste) a rough idea of your movie... Make some kind of animated story board or slide-show? Make it better next week, and even better next month? Share your creative process. Btw 13:31 "The Conesquences"? :)
