Stop spreading fake info, fake fears and fake values. You are two grown-ups, do better already Conspiracy, ufos, and AI rebellion are the topics beneath any more or less sane individual.
On top of your secular fears, there's another thing showing the topic is a total horse sht and waste of time: there are only several internet providers, servicing the globe. It is no problemo to kill that connection for a day or two, and the terminator 7 is frozen in the field. Maxx what's possible - your personal androgenous robo-helper being hijacked and coded to kick your sorry arse or bang your wife against her will. The rest are your childish fears of death (which will come WAAAAY faster than you think and than any AI goes even slightly beyond a cockroach intelligence)
