them citing a study tesla did in germany is vile... For context. while autopilot and Autopilot are closely related in english and german and have very similar meaning, they are not the same.
Autopilot means automatic/autonomous piloting of a vehicle in german. While autopilot in english includes "assisted" piloting as well.
The fact that only 47 people in germany responded as they did is kinda amazing and shows how tech companies like tesla have changed what words actually mean, due to how they want to use them.
I mean stainless Steel was supposed to be called rustless Steel... an actual name... yet today "stain" in connection with metal means oxidation and is essentially a synonym to rust.
