It can create. but not really. not originally anyways. most LLMs chatbots seems to create images from templates or existing images. It doesn't create things from scratch. It cannot really mimic a human. If I ask an AI like Copilot to create a 1080p wallpaper, Copilot generates a much smaller wallpaper. Maybe you can argue that just means the AI is not good at following instructions instead. But it doesn't make sense why you ask Copilot or ChatGPT to create image with a certain description, it will "generate" an image that looks exactly like a copyrighted material, which then it will stop and refuse to generate the image you want to create by the description. When a human draws an image, they vary in their drawing. Not everyone is a perfect artist, not everyone can draw the exact same image.
