This is just one example of how AI could do CS - its hardly a blue print for forward success, for example, I doubt it will deploy lateral thinking when it comes to resolving issues other than the standard "Well, send it back to us" response, which will just see service bays being inundated with returned devices that may only have the simplist of issues or no issues at all, or issues that the customer said they checked for, but didn't (there's no accounting for stupid - I once had a customer punch holes in backup floppy disks to file them in a ring binder, many years ago)- I think AI can be used as the saesoning for this particular use case but, not the main ingredient. Individuals that think it can entirely replace humans are a little mislead - don't think it's going to be any time soon when AI can work largely unsupervised here.
