They honk at each other, not knowing the other is just another version of themselves. So funny. Solution is easy and the engineers should’ve thought of it at the beginning: change the sound and volume of the honk. The honking of cars is quite obsolete, and even now many different car companies have adjusted their car honks to more ear-friendly. It’s hard to believe that a modern self-driving car installed such an old noisy honk.
And quite frankly, a good and civil real human driver doesn’t honk all the time - they patiently wait for a few more seconds for the other driver to move and clear the path. And, not to mention that many drivers do the quick two clicks of honk and save these loud noisy honks when situations are seriously absurd. Those supposedly modern cars should at least comply with that practice if not better.
