The answer is universal basic income and universal services, 20$ minimum wage, seizing the means of (AI-)production and deciding everything (even work/production related) democratically.
Let's stop forcing people into unhappy or dangerous bullshit-jobs. Many jobs are just there to generate profit and therefore don't care for what they are about. Destroying people or the environment should never generate money and waste people's valuable time. Let the people decide how they want to contribute to a democratic socialist society, where there are no more billionaires and all basic needs are met.
