As someone who uses AI to develop AI driven algorithms I feel we are in an arms race with AI. The problem is the last arms race was nuclear and it was/is mostly controlled as there's an understanding of the danger.
.....We do not understand the dangers of AI and allowing it to integrate into every computer system known to man like we've been doing just to get the edge over competition.
