People who support AI "art" are the people who never looked at art as a creation of passion and hard work done by an individual, but rather just an end product to absorb and move on from. Therefore these AI images, to them, are exactly the same as human made art because they engage with it on the same level
Edit: how blasé in the comments you all are to thousands upon millions of people losing their jobs and we as a culture losing humanity in one of the oldest and most fundamental forms of expression is genuinely disturbing
