simple, make a most favorable employee rule, to tax and cap the profit of pure AI agents to that similar to the better employees, and any excess profit purely from AI is taxed away. this way there would be fewer incentives bc profit would stay the same for the company if it replaced everyone, but it would keep the bad rep from firing anyone. and the main incentive for growth would still be hiring people. And AI would still be employed as a facilitator and a tool, not a replacing option.
