I dont say plis or thnks. But I fill it with small talk info. It works. It plays very well socratic merhod. "I think this but my sister told me that" "it feels odd" "thats not what my nutricionist said". AI doesnt have goals or interests more than to answer what you expect. Dont make it easy and youll get wonderful answers.
And give it background not only who want you tit to be, but on who you are too. It will try to fill your knowledge needs.
