Biometric privacy laws are one of most needed immediate legislations in each state! Illinois has one enacted about 10yts ago, Mass is working on one. Consider States overreach (intended or not) and violations of HIPAA(federal privacy laws). Informed consent, security and usage all included in top 10+ necessary items to be negotiated & agreed upon.
