AI is a extrem version of a human, it can be both smart and incredible stupid at the same time. Humans can be that, but ai takes it to another level. One of the major flaws with ai, is that it get stuck in loops, and you can point out the error in its reply, it admits the error but repeat it. I would not call it intelligent at all, since it is useles when it comes to question things, but it is a good search engine.
