But oh no, it will get better and learn... I've been training AI for years to work with handwritten bank documents and it simply isn't as effcient as the same number of people who check and correct the documents being used to completely input the data. Banks require 100% accuracy and AI simply cannot provide that.
I'm EXTREMELY surprised companies as big as these didn't already know that at the current level AI can work, it's not feasible. It won't loewer costs. It's already been documented in many cases. I can't genuinely believe that a big tech company would lay off people based on HOPE that AI would replace them before actually seeing the results... It's one think to lie to your clients and another to lie to yourself...
