I don't understand why the ending is being so massively misleading. AI in its current state today is literally a statistical token generator. There is no understanding, its a immense math function that outputs text and text based commands to perform tasks. There is no understanding these systems can do, they just output with no actual consciousness. I am all for the limiting of AI for the sake of the exploitative nature that they are being used for and the ethical implications of jobs being wiped out and so much other things. But to say AI will be smarter than us just shows a lack of understanding from the creators of this video.
