Rather sad situation. I could kind of give a discount for AI-generation stuff for something like a former artist who became disabled or something. But it's hard to understand the appeal otherwise. Even worse is the "tracing" or copy-and-pasting stuff. I can even give sort of a discount for some "tracing" or "very-direct-referencing" when the final piece is nevertheless on the whole a completely different thing, and the traced/copied part a detail rather than the main focus, but even then not being merely just like an arrangement of clip-arts painted over. It's like a very amateurish thing to do, hard to understand how one can even be able to do something more entirely original and resort to that, out of some situation like a very tight deadline and the result still being something that can be considered original, even by those whose clip-arts were used.
