ASML is the bottle neck here, they are the only ones that can make the 5nm node lithography machines... I think if we stopped allowing those EXE, NXE and high NA lithography machines to be built, then after 5 years the EUV chips would have gone through their life cycle. We can stop AI if we can't build the chips and trust me if ASML is stopped from making the EUV lithography machines nobody will ever be able to make those chips.
