If ai makes developers faster, then it means it replaced developers. Instead of hiring 10 Devs, companies are now hiring 6 and telling giving them more work. In reality ai is just a replacement to Google search. So now those poor 6 Devs are now working 12 hours instead of 8 because ai is supposed to make them faster.
