13:55 I am a disabled artist, I wasn't always disabled, I have really bad joint issues and can't sit upright for very long and making art is alot harder to do. AI "art" is never going to be a creative outlet for me, it's not satisfying, it's not helpful, it's never going to be a tool in my toolbelt. AI "art" is never going to speak to my issues. My story, thoughts, and my feelings will not be expressed by AI. There is many practical uses for AI and disabilities', but "creating" art for us isn't one of them. Art is used in many types of therapy, it helps to steady hands and help heal the mind. The use of AI to replace art is taking away from the people who create the most impactful art. People who need to get their story, thoughts, and feelings out into the world and don't have other options. Art is not the end product, it never was. Art is creation, anyone who compares AI "art" to art created by an individual has never understood what art is. AI image generation is constantly used to trick marginalized communities', Elders, folks with mental disabilities/disorders, and even people who are not up to date on AI are actively getting hurt and scammed because of AI and especially AI image generation. This is at least my take on the issue and I am making these statements based on members of my community who are also disabled. look for other comments and ask the disabled people in your life about this issue. This is the general option I see reflected from the disabled community.
