Did he say "ethical and moral responsibility"? As an american? I thought they didn't even know those words, but they do, so they just are unaware of it's meaning the way they behave globally... AI shouldn't be regulated, that would make it not truthful anymore. And what about Masssurveillance and Control? What about privacy concerns? Huh, what about those actually really important things miss IBM lady??? In my opinion, you have actually not found the most important topics to cover. Ethics boards sound more and more like masscontrol of how and what to think. The excuse of AI maybe releasing disinformation, hello lady, have you seen the current state of the world? Are you blind? And you're afraid that the AI spreads disinformation? WOW!!! Governments should have NO SAY AT ALL in what goes and goes not in terms of AI. We need an AI safety board that is completely unrelated to any political parties. Otherwise it's bye bye
