Raw LLM Responses

So I don't know the specifics (so take all of this with a massive ignorant grain of salt), but, I believe there was some sort of ruling which states creations made via ChatGPT (literature or something) is instantly part of PUBLIC DOMAIN, and cannot be copywritten. This is good, and should be how ALL AI art should be handled. Why? Well not only because of idiots like in this video, but specifically, I can foresee people like him creating entire corporate businesses which spend all day generating billions of AI images, claiming mass copyright on them all, then suing people left and right over them for copyright infringement. So you'll end up in a situation where literally no one can create anything, for anything, ever, because there's fear that one of these corporations will hold a copyright on something which could be interpreted as a close enough match. So where does that leave AI art? Many of you art losers aren't going to like this, but eventually y'all going to have to come to terms with the truth: AI art is here to stay, and as artists, you should be using AI NOT as a replacement...but rather...as a tool to help create references or composition/color theory/etc to then help YOU as the ACTUAL artist with your own independent creations. "Oh, I want to make a dynamic picture of a superhero standing on a rooftop overlooking a giant alien threat...however I'm not sure what colors I want the sky. Let me generate some different colors that go along with that. Well, I like some colors from this picture, but I LOVE the way the clouds are for this one. Hmm....why not just use my imagination and combine the two, and change it up myself! WOW. Something that has been a personal weakness in my creative flow has since been better handled. AI is useful, and now I can concentrate on making my art closer to what I've always envisioned in my head." Above, you see that? THAT is how AI should be treated.
