You legal people have your head filled with nonsense. There is nowhere on the forms to disclose. They are requiring something they don't provide facilities to exist. I know this because I've done the entire process and never anywhere did it ask me or tell me I had to disclose what I used to make the copyrighted work. Does a musician have to list all the instruments they used? Do they have to list all the DAW and editing software? I mean - a human did none of that work - all of the post processing and even the VST synths are computer or machine generated. You legal people really are dropping the ball on all of this and you're talking about and making rules for the rest of us that logically don't even share a facet with reality. The test for whether something is copyrightable or not has nothing to do with the de-minimus of AI usage - it is the the de-minimus of human input - no matter how small - that allows the copyright to be valid. ANY HUMAN INPUT NO MATTER HOW INSIGNIFICANT. What is so hard to understand about that? A prompt is insignificant but it doesn't matter - it was human input. Fail harder with lawgic.
