BTW - an amateur can do backgrounds -From Bob Ross's classes to well... look up things like Joonyart, Aham art... lots of beginner tutorials. You use REAL physical media which most of these Photoshop tracers would NOT be able to use or could but vastly diminished end results...IMO...
