I deactivated my SNS because of these AI videos and contents/shorts. I trained myself to watch long clips here on Youtube because I notice, I started losing interest in reading books which I can spend 5-6 hours before. Now I'm getting back on track. I could read 45 mins to 2 hours. I never regret making this decision. My brain is getting healthier again. Short videos affect our cognitive development especially for children.
