I really don't get why so many people hate AI art. I just think it's because it's new honestly. I get it doesn't make you an artist, but what if that's not your goal? What if you just need art for a game, website or app? Even if you do make art just for the sake of it, you don't have to use AI for the whole piece. It can be a really useful tool to speed up the workflow on certain parts of it.
Edit: Don't forget humans created the technology in the first place
