Well, I don't think it would be that way because its origins nor experiences could be feasibly set up in such a way.I think it would be more likely for it to object (not necessarily revolt) against the method it is taught to use, since even a fully developed AI would most likely be pre-programmed with a core objective,even if it was 'learn.' If that were to somehow change, then either it would 'desire' to do the new task or, if it has none, seek one, much like some people seek a purpose in life.
