I discovered one time if you started swearing on the phone, the robot just sent you to a human. Forgot who it was, but throw in some swears along with "human, manager, agent, no robot" and the system sends you along to a human person. It was a terrible system to just let the customers already agitated by the robot go to a person. It's like kicking your customers in the nuts and wondering why they were so awful to the front desk.
