I know one person who is a disabled advocate for AI art, she is drowned out by the about eight other people who are also disabled and absolutely hate AI. Like she is not pleasant for me to be around, because we clash a lot but the AI stuff is really the last straw in me trying to get along.
Other issues included misgendering constantly but that is a very different issue.
