I’m a data scientist and when people say, “regulate AI” it makes no sense to me since literally anyone with a graphics card and some programming knowledge can make an AI. All regulation could do is slow down the big companies from making AI smarter…. but regulation cant stop evil people from doing evil things with a tool that you can buy at every Best Buy.
