I mean if the guy is reading these comments. Sure 4 years is alot but online there is alot of good information and websites that teaches you about basic programming, like freecodecamp. Learn the basics in programming, go to algorithms(time and space complexity, known algorithms, tree strucutre etc), programming design(dependency injection, command pattern etc),go back and scim through your old courses(remember the most important only) and then do alot of leetcode and since you like ML do that too when you have a good understanding of programming overall.
