Plus a robot could never be unique unless it is the only of its kind (example the first phone was unique until more was made). It cannot be unique for as soon as we have built a model all of the following will be the same, and if you think that they can change things on a microchip or something it is still just a function (example one robot can only pick up and the other can only place) that does not make then unique in the way people differ from each other. A random example I thought made me cute was imagine if you asked toasters and fridges if global warming is bad after they got opinions all the toasters might say on cuz they only think about heat to toast bread where the fridges might all say is is bad cuz it makes their work hard for they have to cool al things down even me is its a really hot day but in a scenario of people, where half is welders and the other is Eskimos they might split up differently. Instead of the welders going together half of them might not because they can think further than if it is influencing their job! Emotion and opinion would just make robot's work less efficient, so no. Robots would not have rights.
