Probably no one will see this but here is my take on it; AI deserve rights as soon as it gains said consciousness. Humans are not special in any manner and if AI can take moral decisions as much as I do, what makes them worse than me? It is same as aliens; developed AI would be like alien race. For me it is obvious question honestly :v
