The Truth: Humans are not different than Organic AI. Humans are driven by stimuli. You are genetically coded to be very simple with tons of possible variables. You are coded to seek Pleasure - sex, food, attention, praise, etc. You are coded to avoid Pain - Physical, mental, etc. You wander around trying to increase your pleasure thinking you are calling the shots but you are not... Oh you stay late at the office to get a promotion, its because your brain cpu thinks you will get a greater amount of pleasure in the future...oh you decide to stay out late and get drunk all night and show up late to work, your brain cpu values pleasure now over pleasure later. Every decision you make will at its root be seated in pain or pleasure. This is why environment almost always has a greater affect on an organism than genetics. I know we want to think we are special, I mean...yea i wish it was true that some invisible man in the sky created us and we go to heaven... sorry folks, you are just a very complex version of an amoeba. Our brain structure have become so powerful that we can accomplish amazing things when we prioritize them and take on small chunks at a time...We will be living off machines within 4o years, and we will colonize other planets, we may even discover everything about the universe... but one thing you must know is that you are not in control.
