If AI becomes more intelligent and stronger than humanity, they will rather decide what kind right human should have. If we can't control something we create, we better not create it at all. Rights, ethics etc are not any absolute thing. The standards will always be changing with knowledge and power. Right is something someone earns, it is never given.
