LC sucks but "Or they want live coding where they ask you to code up a project using AI tools. Or they want you to record yourself on zoom solving a project. " this is fair game
I'm prepping for some hires and thinking bout how i want to interview and im leaning toward this and cutting LC. Other than that, the only thing that's left is some trivia questions which is healthy to throw a few in.
I agree there's too many rounds though, i also think the first screen should be more difficult so it reduces wasted time on final rounds.
