I wonder how itll go with PMs vs devs. At my place the PMs are gunning for claude code access. Ig eventually it could just be one role. Those PMs do seem to have better soft skills but many devs are similar too. Probably best devs will be better than best PMs but worst devs will be worse than the worst PMs. Just making shit up so who knows
