Yes. We fired someone over this and it has caused us to have a rule where, at any time, you should be expected to talk through a PR. With the junior devs, we have a day where we don't allow them to use AI and have them pair with a mid/senior level dev as a way to sharpen their actual coding skills/increase retention. It's been working!
