Not entirely, my company hasn't hired anyone that's Gen-Z in years I assume, everyone that is a dev or similar is 35+. But a friend of mine works with a mortgage company, they set up a new AI team, where the lead dev has like 4 years of experience, rest less and they can read code but they had a really hard time explaining decisions the AI made for them and every change is done by talking to the AI (they had several tools), so yeah he request to be moved to another squad after a few weeks of that. I assume other companies have similar issues.
