Yes, at my old job. I have a friend that still works there and I get to hear the scuttlebutt. It's a guy who already wasn't very good at writing code, and instead of learning he's just completely surrendered to Claude. Like, he only vibe codes. When asked questions on his PR, he literally screenshots Claude's response to the question and posts that as the reply. Not a copy paste, a screenshot. And management seems to think this is an acceptable thing to do. I left for a reason, and my buddy that's still there has a foot out the door.
