Yeah. I'm currently working in the second company that is going "AI first". The first company crashed and burned, and the current company is already trailing smoke and basically is on life-support.
We recently all got a full Claude license and were told to implement it in our work wherever possible. I tested it on some light coding and yeah... it's better than ChatGPT. But it's still highly unreliable.
Oh, and a week later we were told to please not waste tokens, due to the costs. That was the funniest sh*t ever.
