Worth noting this "study" was commissioned by Writer, an enterprise AI company that directly profits from corporate AI adoption. They surveyed workers about whether they're resisting the product Writer is trying to sell them, then published the results as a news story through Fortune.
And the article's own cited MIT report found 95% of generative AI pilots fail due to the learning gap between tools and organisations, not worker sabotage. The article literally contains the evidence that contradicts its own headline and just... doesn't engage with it.
Disappointing.
