I forgot what law it violates as well as a constitutional right but this is why my old state had to get rid of cameras and license plate scanners because they would flag you and automatically send you a ticket.
I think it's because you don't get due process or something basically it's just assuming you're guilty.
Oh and to even get the file to dispute it you had to pay 15$ and didn't get it back even if the ticket got tossed.
