I am not afraid (20 yoe working as a senior robotics engineer in perception), but younger people are in for some hurt, LLMs can do the tasks I would give a junior, they require the same level of handholding and oversight, but the LLM can produce the work in a few minutes for me to review and give it feedback rather than half a day for the junior.
